When an order has a slight hiccup is when you find out how good a seller is, this happened on this order with a simple mistake of a wrong hose size. I notified the seller over a bank holiday weekend and they responded quickly and positively. They recognised the issue and sent a replacement hose on an overnight courier, it really was a demonstration of first class service. Otherwise the hoses are of great quality, packaged well and arriving in pristine condition. Great value.

Seller has sent me the totally incorrect valve compared to the one they have advertised on the listing. It’s not what I needed. Seller took days to reply to me and it’s now too late for me To return as Buying on behalf of a kids scout group and gas pipe needed asap for a large Camp next weekend. Have been forced into accepting the loss and buying the correct valves locally at a more expensive price. Not impressed at all.
