Canon Powershot Pro 1
7 of 7 found this helpful I have owned a Pro 1 for a couple of years and found one for a friend on E Bay who, after seeing mine, wanted one for himself. It has been a good reliable camera and takes great pictures. One step away from a SLR, with it's folding swivel screen, its a great camera for the serious photographer who wants to set their own shooting modes or as a point and shoot for the less knowledgeable like myself. By using the Auto mode or other preset options the camera does the work for you. It feels good and comfortable to hold and with its 8 Mega pixels and zoom lens although not an actual pocket camera it is an easily manageable size and well worth thinking about. When they first came out they cost around £800 and had good reviews and I have never regretted buying mine.

Get what you pay for.
1 of 1 found this helpful Birds love the pellets but they are very small and a bit powdery so don't seem to last long in the feeder. Quite a bit ends up on the ground which the pigeons are happy about but I would rather feed the smaller birds.

Not very impressed.
As mentioned in other reviews more for the American market than UK. Didn't find much of interest in the menus as probably a bit on the conservative side taste wise. Can't see me doing Sweet Potato Hash for breakfast. If you are looking for a book with cooking tips for more U.K. type meals then maybe not for you.
