After having agreed on the price and provided my shipping address, I asked the seller if I should go ahead and make the payment. The seller gave me to pay. After paying the seller cancelled my purchase because the address I had given was for a shipping company, a fact he knew already. My visa card is in a foreign currency so the refund process lost me about 100 pounds in exchange rate costs. A simple message would have had me give another address. Poor communication and inconsiderate
