heavier oil for obsolete engines
Fine for classic cars up to about 1970. My 70 year old Rover needs 9 litres for each oil change every 3000 miles.
No need to spend £15 per litre for modern thin oils which are not suitable anyway.

It is cheap, easy to fit and it works.

Gets Rosieres range cookers working again
With a little tweaking these elements fit Rosieres range cookers. The original elements have been obsolete for decades. If you can find one from old stock it will cost you an arm and a leg - I mean £100+.
Think about it - an oven is a metal box with heating elements and a thermostat. Hoover/Candy service don't want to know about old (quality) products and will not help.
This does the job for under £20.00.
The alternative is £3000+ for a new range cooker.
