    I had been looking to get one of these to replace my original, I tried the upgrade myself but to no avail. This seems very well done I have yet to come across any hardware/software issues yet. Its like it was made for thes upgrade. As a bonus the battery life seems a bit longer as well (could just be that the battery on my original was fatigued after ~20 years). Good value compared to getting another working Zen and buying and installing all the upgrade parts yourself .

What a great player with fantastic sound quality
Have been using this player for a few months now. The sound quality is amazing, and being able to expand the memory with a Micro SD card is fantastic. The touch pad does take some getting used to, but if you load the latest firmware via the Sandisk Upgrader, will improve the handling of the touch pad. All in a great little player. Very Pleased.
