Long process
This product definitely helps to strengthen nails,but it takes a long time to regain nail health after the application of acrylic / gel nails.
Every time,I say "never again" but I slip back to old habits and weaken for special occasions/ holidays. It takes real dedication when you have them removed( which you should do periodically) to regain nail health/strength, but this product definitely helps,used regularly as per the instructions.

Puzzlers must.
This little book was to replace one I'd had since the early eighties, which literally fell apart. I find it more informative than a Thesaurus in some ways but admit to having help from both.

Indispensable
Fabulous! These are so,so handy on holiday when you need glasses going out early evening,but are then stuck with them for the rest of the night. They're so compact they fit into even my small holiday bag. Love me!
