Stylish and Reasonably Durable
I got this for my girlfriend as her first dive watch shortly after she became a certified diver. After about 5 years and 50 dives the white band became yellowed so I replaced it with the official Casio replacement band and it seems to be staying white. After about 7 years the watch stopped and I replaced the battery but it would not start going again. I tried several new batteries, cleaned the contacts etc, but it is dead. It has been down past 150 feet and it also became her "every day" watch because it is light weight and she likeds the looks of it. I have several Casio watches of my own, two of which are over 35 years old and they still work just fine. Whenever I replaced the battery (which lasts about two years usually) I very carefully cleaned and lubricated the seals and tested it in my test tank so if you don't replace the battery properly it probably won't last quite this long if used for scuba diving.

Iffy Electronics
I have one of these that is about six years old and it's in need of it's third motor drive unit. Hayward is aware of the defect and has supposedly extended the warranty for the motor drive to four years but that doesn't help me. When it works it does a good job and since we have solar-thermal panels on the roof we need the extra power to pump to that height so we are limited in our choices of pumps. The last motor drive lasted about three years and our repair guy says that Hayward has fixed the issues and it should be more reliable now. Considering the cost to buy a new 3 HP pump and the life-expectancy of such pumps I'm leaning toward replacing the motor drive unit one last time, but this will probably be the last time.

Great for the Price
I had to glue the mount so it would not move around while I am diving. If you are above water it tends to turn upside-down but stays in position just fine underwater. I have had mine on at least 10 dives so far. I rinse it in fresh water and dry it extended and wipe it with a little silicone lube occasionally. So far there is no sign of rust or corrosion and it extends and retracts nicely.
