Item supposed to be new , came in a previously opened box,with no instructions or fittings. I messages seller who completely ignored me ,and then blocked me so i couldnt return and buy another one. Please dont waste your money like i did £39.99. Im a pensioner and obviously money is tight. Terrible service from a uk company.

Very poor communication from seller - no response at all! Second item I’ve bought - love the first one…This one is a bit rubbish however - someone’s even written on pencil all over the front of the unit. Packaging was shocking - arrived packed in a plastic postage bag, with no other packing at all - would it have been so hard to wrap in bubble wrap, or put into a box with padding?Very surprised it’s not damaged. Will see how it goes on, but we are really not impressed at all with Titans service.

I bought three of these on the same order and was charged £18.00 postage!!! All three weighed less than a kilo altogether and were all sent together in a brown bag so could have sent them for less than £5.00; seller refused to negotiate I would have cancelled the order but I needed the items to stop the fox getting to my chickens. I really don’t think that eBay should be used for making large profits out of charging buyers excessive postage. I’m very unhappy that this is allowed to happen

Awful service- avoid. Sent a poor quality product that was faulty from day one, I tried to contact and solve issue, but seller had little interest in resolution and made all contact difficult. Refund requested 3 weeks ago and had no response.
