Working now, after a lot of work.
Parts missing, offered 10% discount. Held my ground and said I wanted parts. After a large number of emails a replacemnet was sent and faulty one binned. Now working as it should, but why were parts missing and why was the 1st option offered 10% discount? The would have ment I had spent 90% on something that didn't work! One request was "can you take pictures of the missing parts?". Just how do you take a picture of something that isn't there?
