Beautiful doll as described, excellent communication from seller. Unfortunately the doll arrived broken. On reflection I should not have purchased due to the doll being porcelain, the seller did try to address using some bubble wrap, additional clothes and plastic chippings which were not necessarily sufficient. I cannot claim as it’s a 48 hour tracked package. Gutted as it was going to be a present. More packaging was needed to prevent breakage. Thank you anyway, she was originally a beauty!
