APC SUA1500RM2U Smart-UPS 1500VA 980W 120V USB Rackmount Backup New Batteries

Dors what a good UPS is supposed to do...
The SUA1500RM2U has been an industry workhorse for a decade, and still continues to do it's job today. The only reason(s) I rate it with four stars instead of five is the lack of "modern" features, and the price of the much needed networking cards. I will keep my fingers crossed that a retired card comes my way at a reasonable cost, and as far as the features go... If it does its job, who really needs more buttons, and menus to figure out. If you can find one (or a few) of these units for Approx. $200.00 USD then I can not find a single reason not to use them.

It's a wire...
How do you review a wire? Well it does what I wanted it to do, and it is built solidly. Nothing like the cheapo thinner gauge wires around. The ONLY issue is you must file, sand, or grind off some of the outer shell on the j3.5mm jack end IF you are using these on a multi channel PC case. The plastic casing is too large to allow you to plug them in (next to each other) on any standard PC case. It only took a few seconds to modify each one, and I will buy them again if I need more jacks for other PC builds.
