If you are shopping for a helmet to wear when driving on British roads you will need to choose one that complies with the latest safety regulations. Look out for the British Standard BS 6658:1985 with the BSI Kitemark, UNECE Regulation 22.05 or a European Economic Area standard that is the equivalent of these.

Remember, whenever you are riding a motorcycle, moped or quad bike on the road you are required by law to wear a safety helmet.
