If an eBay listing mentions an MT 07 with a 655cc engine, that bike is the Australian version. Secondly, a North American version of the bike was made called the FZ07. This version retains the same features as the MT 07. This alternative name only remained until 2017, however. In 2017, even the North American version of the bike came to be called the MT 07.

When searching the eBay listings for a Yamaha MT 07, here are a few things to remember:

• In general, bikes with lower mileage or bikes from newer model years will be more expensive than bikes with higher mileage or from older model years.
