Retail Revival uses the power of technology and eBay’s global marketplace to empower and grow small businesses, strengthen local economies and foster vibrant community growth. Through Retail Revival, eBay is partnering with cities around the world to bring high street shops to the global marketplace, all while supporting local economies through the retail sector. Retail Revival offers local, brick-and-mortar businesses and e-commerce entrepreneurs a year of e-commerce and digital skills training as well as access to special tools to increase their reach and revenue, including on boarding assistance, ongoing training, dedicated customer service, and promotional help. Retail Revival transports high street shops to the world so we can shop small business from wherever we are.

The History of Retail Revival
The Retail Revival program began in Akron, Ohio in March 2018. Since then, the second partnership with Lansing, Michigan has been launched.
Now Retail Revival has arrived in the UK in partnership with the City of Wolverhampton.

The aim of Retail Revival is to give local businesses a platform to sell globally through new channels and revenue streams. Through the program, retailers and other small businesses can showcase their products to the world through eBay’s global marketplace.
