In honour of the Beijing Olympics back in 2018, the Jordan Brand released a handful of limited-edition colourways and player-exclusive designs. The Jordan Olympia Supreme was among these, and it was designed specifically for Carmelo Anthony to wear during the preliminary "Friendlies" competition in China. The trainer blends functionality into its design with a Zoom Air forefoot and a 3/4-length ankle guard to enhance traction and protection. Anthony's unique personality is infused into the trainers through its signature graphics stamped on the trainers' upper half. As a nod to fine Italian craftsmanship, the design goes a step further by featuring intricate toe stitching and a silhouette similar to the AJ10 to honour all the Team Jordan athletes that participated in the Olympics throughout the past years.
