Jordan Flipsyde Stealth-Varsity Red

As the Jordan Brand's first foray into skateboarding trainers, the Jordan Flipsyde was born. Although many skaters in the 1980s wore Air Jordans to skate, these are the first official silhouette for the sport. Taking its inspiration from the classic Air Jordan models, the Flipsyde calls to mind both the Air Jordan 3 and the Air Jordan 4. This Stealth Varsity Red colourway integrates the iconic black and red and pairs it with an exciting new design. Its upper features black nubuck overlays and textured black leather. The Jumpman logo is also adorned in bold red and is positioned near the front middle of the midsole. A grey elephant print pattern appears on the heel as a unique accent. Additionally, a padded tongue and plush inner shoe lining contribute additional comfort to skaters. This black and red skate shoe hit shelves in August 2009.
