Nike Cortez Men's Trainers

One of the most renowned names in the world of sportswear and trainers, Nike is as popular for the functional aspects of its trainers as it is for its iconic status as a fashion brand.

The Nike Cortez trainer is a traditional style of sports shoe, with a flat sole, material upper and the iconic Nike swoosh. These Nike men's trainers were first designed as running trainers in the early 1970s and were re-released in 2015.

The classic Nike Cortez shoes have an upper made of leather, a foam tongue and a full length EVA foam midsole, giving added comfort when running. These shoes elevate the heel slightly to give a better angle.

These Nike trainers are iconic in design and are one of their most classic models. This pair of men's trainers are designed to be more lightweight and waterproof than other trainers, giving runners much more comfort when out. Most notable, these are the running trainers that Forrest Gump wears!

These shoes have been redesigned and are now available in different materials and colours. Modern iterations include the Cortez Ultra Breathe BR trainers that give you increased breathability and are perfect for wearing in the summer

For a timeless design, choose the classic white pair with red and blue detailing. These iconic shoes were the first colourway designed by Nike and are a modern homage to the classic Cortez style.

Nylon Cortez trainers are also available and are popular due to being very durable. This pair can be used when training on the track or just for everyday use. Leather Nike Cortez trainers are also available and add a touch of luxury to your outfit.

The Nike Brand

Originally founded under a different name (Blue Ribbon Sports) in 1964, the company changed its name to Nike in 1971. Since then, of course, it has become synonymous with various famous sportspeople, as well as playing a large part in the fashion side of popular culture, through its association with music and urban streetwear.
