Best of the Touch ID phones
This is the last of the Touch ID phones, X onwards uses Face ID which many will say is better but I like to be able to unlock with a fingerprint. By the time they got to the 8 all of the kinks and wrinkles had been ironed out and the 8 represents the pinnacle of that generation of Apple products. This 256 Gb model has bags of space to hold my entire 80 Gb music collection and it is compatible with FLAC so no need to have different versions and quality levels. Having owned it for a month I have zero regrets and would buy the same phone today. One day I might upgrade to the X series but will wait till it is at least three or four generations into the design.

Apple iPhone 8 Red - superb
I was able to buy an apple iPhone with a 256Gb memory for my partner, which means that they no longer need to concern themselves with how many photographs they retain. In addition, I was able to procure a red iPhone 8 which I understand that a payment is made to an AIDS charity, which is another good reason to purchase the iPhone 8. My partner and I both have iPhones and take for granted the ease with which the iPhone is so easy to navigate. I have another mobile provided by my employer a Samsung A10 which is much harder to navigate. And the manual for that gives virtually no assistance in respect of one of the icons on the inbox page.

Works well, just the right size, Qi charging is the crunch tick for me.
As with most apple products, it works well with others from the same stable, and pretty much everything just works without fault. It's too long to be what i call compact, but it does at least fit in most of my trouser pockets. The screen is clear, sound is good, takes a decent snapshot, but their continued refusal to incorporate SD card slots is irritating and makes iPhones generally poor value. The fingerprint security works far better than on my android tablet, very reliable. The Qi charging capability was my key buying criterion, this works excellently.

Fast, stylish and a great screen
The last of the i-phones with the traditional 'home button', this is a neat and easy to use phone. It's fast, stylish, has a great screen and is still small enough to fit into a pocket or small hand bag. Whilst the battery life is no better that previous models, in all other respects the i-phone 8 is an evolutionary improvement on the 5, 6 & 7.

Great phone, great value
This is a very lovely phone. Especially like the home button. I have only used it for a week but love it. Only thing I have noticed is that it seems to take longer to charge than my other iPhones did.

A great phone for the price.
This iPhone 8 is a perfect step up from my old iPhone 5. A bigger screen and the phone feels a lot more powerful. The Home Screen is similar to the old phone but work a lot quicker. Good camera.

Ticks almost every box
Great size, good display and plenty fast enough for every day use. I can understand why apple based the new SE on this model, ticks all the boxes unless you're an avid gamer or business user.

Great to use but wish it were a bit cheaper
I love iPhones and find software and build better than most Android phones. This is an evolution rather than revolution. Wireless charging will be useful. Looks good. Would give 5 stars if not so expensive

Typically apple!
As good as you would expect from apple , and has all the inside of the iPhone X. The Product red version is awesome- the red is so deep and works brilliantly. Excellent from Apple!
