A first edition copy of a favourite book is something many people yearn to own, especially collectors of fine, classic literature. Collectors typically consider the first run of a book to be a first edition; however, the biographical definition and the definition of the publisher may differ from that of the collector.

Owning a first edition ‘Harry Potter’ or Charles Dickens classic is something to be proud of. Authentic first edition books make great gifts, and wonderful investments, as well.
