Any Nectar points you've collected on eBay will still be available through your Nectar account at nectar.com or via the Nectar app.
Nectar vouchers on eBay
You are no longer able to convert your points into a voucher to spend on eBay. However, if you've already converted your Nectar points into a voucher to spend on eBay, it will be valid for one year from the day it was created.
Paying with Nectar vouchers
At checkout, you'll see the vouchers you've already created. You can choose to use one or more towards the price of your item – simply tick the box beside the voucher(s) you want to apply to the order. You can only use multiple vouchers towards a purchase when you spend at least £10 including postage.
If you need to return items you bought using a voucher, we’ll issue you a new voucher if you've returned all items from the order.
- The voucher expiry date will be extended by 30 days if the original voucher expiration date is less than 30 days from the date the return is processed
- Otherwise, the expiry date will be the same date that was displayed on the original voucher(s)
If you only return one item from a multi-item order or you're only receiving a partial refund, we won't be able to issue you a new voucher, and your points will not be returned. You can find more information in the eBay-Nectar terms and conditions - opens in new window or tab.
