What is the policy?
- Clear and accurate information about where the item is located, including the postal code, city and country where the item will post from, must be included in listings
- Item location information must be consistent across all areas of the listing including title, description and item specifics
- A tracking number uploaded after an item has sold must match the delivery location provided in the listing
Activity on eBay is required to follow this policy, the eBay User Agreement and all applicable laws, as well as respect the rights of third parties. If it doesn’t, eBay may take action consistent with applicable laws and the eBay User Agreement, and may even be legally required to do so.
