Earnings report

Your earnings report provides a detailed breakdown of your earnings for each order after expenses and refunds have been deducted from the gross amount.

Eligible sellers can view and download the Earnings report in either Seller Hub or My eBay, and filter orders based on the order creation date. Here’s how:

How to download your report from Seller hub:

  1. Go to the Payments tab - opens in new window or tab.
  2. From the menu on the left, select Earnings.
  3. Choose the order creation date range.
  4. Select Generate csv.

How to download your report from My eBay:

  1. Go to Payments - opens in new window or tab.
  2. Go to Reports and taxes.
  3. Under Earnings, select See all.
  4. Select Generate csv.

The report will reflect your earnings for each order at any given point in time after deducting all expenses and refunds associated with those orders. For example, if you set an order period for May 2024, the earnings in the report will reflect any expenses and refunds associated with those orders that were incurred in the month of June 2024 or later.

Tip
To access your Earnings report, you'll need to complete at least 5 orders in a given month. The Earnings report is then permanently accessible from your account.
