Here's how to check if your third-party app uses eBay-supported integrations:
- Look for eBay authorization:
- When connecting the tool, did eBay ask you to sign in and approve access?
- You can also review authorized apps under My eBay → Account Settings → Sign in and Security → Third-party app access
- Ask your provider: Confirm their integration uses eBay’s public APIs
- Watch for disruptions: If the tool stops working after an eBay update, contact your provider to confirm how it integrates with eBay
