    This negative feedback was not necessary as I refunded the client immediately after purchase as I was out of the country and unable to deliver their item on time. And due to the nature of the item I am sure they needed the item straight away. I have been selling on EBay for more than a decade and have sold more than 600 items. I didn’t have a single negative feedback until now. I will dispute it with EBay.
