It is simple to use ,but in the beginning you struggle a bit as like any other new item. Makes the great coffee and cappucino. The frother for the milk also works as a treat. Easy to clean and easy to fill up coffee beans. The smell and the taste ofnthe coffee fabulous.

I know it's an older model but for a fraction of the price of a newer model that does the same job, no brainer. Looked new out of the box, but had made 60 coffees. Descale alert came up after 5 coffees but contacted De'Longhi who sent out a descaling kit for free without any issue!

It was well protected and in very clean condition, no evidence of any use, although it had produced 230 coffees. Described as returned/refurbished I was not expecting it to be new, but if I had been told that it was refurbished in 2019 I would have considered this purchase a little longer, at least the technicians report was up front.

My coffee machine broke a few days before holiday - I ordered a replacement refurbished unit. Sent a message at 7pm explaining I was on hols in the next few days and…after receiving a nice message back, it turned-up the next morning. In transit the water compartment broke. Told them. The next morning a new water compartment arrived!
