It does exactly what it states, charges your motorcycle battery. However, with this particular model that others does't have is the fact is, you can see from the digital readout, what current is going in to the battery by way of amps, and what level of charge in the battery by way of a bar meter that correlates to the numbers in volts. Also, it won't over charge the battery, as the software will automatically change it to a maintain cycle. Other features include back-lit display, power indicator button etc, etc. There are battery chargers, then there's Oxford battery chargers..., need I say anymore.

I had the old 900 which was good till it broke but i liked it so bought this, No wall bracket and No bull clip lead which is very tight considering the price, as luck would have it i still have the one from the old 900 but to buy there about ten pounds so beware to charge anything other than the battery you have on your bike you will need it so i dont think its fit for purpose if you have more than one battery, anyway the charger does a good job so still happy with it but i love how they call it an Anniversary model and then make it worst than the one before so if you want one go for the 900 which i think has the wall bracket and bulldog clips, well mine did...

I received the Oxford Oximiser 900 and hooked it up to my bike straight away. It quickly brought my new but slightly depleted battery back on song. The only disappointment was that to use it, I hadcfirst to install the charging plug to the battery, which was straightforward to do but a bit awkward in practice. It would have been better on this occasion to have had a crocodile clip connection lead as well, which I could have used with less fuss. I feel that it would be more generous if Oxford would just supply the unit with both leads as a package (even if the price were slightly higher. Otherwise, I think it would be prefereable if the unit came with crocodile clips, with the battery connection as the optional extra. Another slight let down, is that the plug lead and battery cables out of the unit are both a bit shorter than would be optimal meaning that I will be using the unit mostly at the end of an extension lead. These niggles aside, the unit is neat, simple, plug and play and operates faultlessly and I am very pleased with itRead full review
