    Very badly packaged, extremely insecure, no outer wrapping, just a postage label on the iriginal box, not even sellotape to secure the flap! Arrived with a broken dangerous part, rendering inoperable, seller said will send replacement, should've been checked before dispatch in the first place. Not whilst I was expecting- CD enclosed with Driver, no use. Scanning top plate is not glass, it's a plastic sheet, highly static, so no use for photo scanning, - extremely basic- good for negs though.

    I can't give a negative feedback because they did send the correct item eventually. Had to return it anyway because it was faulty. Won't be dealing with this supplier in the future.
