I charged the Fitbit using my own official charger. When I came back the Fitbit had charge on it but I could not get the screen to work it remained black. I tried resetting it but it did not work. I contacted the seller who was very good and I returned the Fitbit and have received a full refund. I would be happy to buy from seller again as very good customer service.

(could probably throw from an aeroplane and still be fine) .. was meant to be delivered on Saturday but arrived tday (thursday) so I was pleasantly suprised to hear it had arrived. came as described so no issues what so ever.. I can recomend and will no doubt buy from here again..thankyou.. if im going to nit pick.. could have done with a set up as the G is slightly dampend on the 7th but thats down to intonation not damage and easily fixed.. A Very Happy and humbled customer
