    Another Solid Flash Unit From Nikon better than the SB700

    Solid performer, these older flashes are deemed more worthy than some of the later ones. Easy to. operate without the complexity of the newer flashes. Can be used with power packs that the SB700, that is more expensive can not. Allows control from other flash units. This along with the SB800 are sort after by professionals because they are the best.

    Very good for portraits and animations not Ttl on digital slrs . But manual auto and and rear curtain can be used . Straub and digital flash ,also slave flash on this .guide no is iso 100 is 36 , this flash was introduced along with the f90x film camera and is fully compatible with this . Go to angry photographer on you tube for a detailed review on this for digital slrs

    Flashgun not working due to corroded bat...

    Flashgun not working due to corroded batteries jammed inside. Fortunately I was able to remove the batteries and clean off the corrosion (with chemicals), then get the flash working again.
