The were great value and arrived as described. Shortly after trying them, there was a problem with the putter shaft and it snapped. We contacted Tracy and she was happy to either try to replace the putter or give a partial refund. The customer service was very good.

Will highly recommend this site to anyone looking to upgrade their clubs and not wanting to spend a fortune on new ones!
