    Dealing with this seller was a nightmare. Got a condescending lecture about 'getting a grip off the crack' when I inquired about my order. This is disrespectful and unprofessional. They suggest I lack patience while using uncultured words themselves. Promising a refund doesn't make up for the appalling behavior. This experience was disgusting. Avoid this seller at all costs. They need a lesson in customer service and basic decency.
