Unresponsive communication - very bad. they were not in any packaging except the retail box with a delivery label and they arrived separately which was stupid. Return process was annoying as I couldn't use ebay process because the speakers arrived separately so the return postage cost was only for one. The company did not respond to my inquiry as to how to proceed so I had to contact ebay and just sent them back recorded and a refund was issued.
