Told item was despatched then given a false tracking number 6 days later after opening a case against them they replied to my question regarding delivery saying sorry your tracking number is bla bla which didn’t matter as tyres were sent overnight delivery and had already been delivered. READ FEEDBACK ITS VERY TRUE THEY JUST DONT CARE .

Other couriers send emails saying they’ve received the item,when it’s out for delivery and usually a time for delivery but not this one. Put tracking number and postcode on the couriers website but said it didn’t exist. Would buy more tyres from this seller in the future if they used a different courier.
