Item arrived fairly well packed and undamaged, however, as this item is a PC, after checking the machine fully, it has an issue with addressing all of the memory in DIMM7 with only the ability to address 8Mb maximum - that is probably why it was supplied with DIMM modules that were less than 8Mb each.
