        Great equipment for strengthening my ankle

        I was shown this by my physio for one of my exercises for my ankle. It’s exactly the same as the one I tried. It’s easy to use & I have it easily accessible so use it a lot & don’t have to “get it out” as I stand on it whilst watching tv, looking out the window etc obviously keep concentrating on my stability at the same time! So it’s not one of those pieces of equipment I have to make an effort to get out of a cupboard to use.

        Very easy to use once you learn how to ballance onit, we work out to music.

        Having used this at the hospital,for a knee injury, thought i should get one to use at home. Really enjoy using it, and it also helps build the strength up in the legs again.

        Good quality, solid and well made rocker board.
