    Item wasn’t delivered on time, it was too late too received it. Now what I will do with it? I don’t know, seller should take liability for delay. Unfortunately seller didn’t response at all, although I made instant payment to receive this item on given time. Now I am personally using this phone which I bought for someone else. Sorry to seller for not behaving as good seller

    Item was posted 1 day later than expected on the 17th via special delivery. Royal Mail missed the delivery on the 18th and delivered on the 19th. Unfortunately, Special Delivery didn't perform on this occasion. Tracking was provided. I responded to all messages about the item and delivery, except the last one received as it seemed that it was essentially hinting at me refunding some money, which was a consistent theme with most communications from them throughout our interactions.
