    Straightforward transaction, was promptly dispatched, but courier (Royal Mail) announced a delay on original delivery date, & subsequently reported being unable to update tracking information until the package had been delivered (so not really a "tracking service", as such). TL;DR Interaction with seller was fine; delivery was delayed/dodgy; I haven't rated the product as I'm awaiting further items (from other sellers) before installation/use (but it's Rotosound, it'll be fine).

    Hi, sorry you had a problem with Royal Mail. Yes tracking for 1st/2nd class post not ideal. The proper tracked which of course is more expensive is better. To be honest can have so many problems with Royal Mail, think will start to always use the actual Tracking service. Hope they arrive soon .
