      I had a very bad experience with this seller! Seller took a long time to even post the item, then the seller said they can’t cancel the item as it was in transit to me! That was after 8 days! Then seller said it was still due to be delivered. STILL didn’t get the item. Seller then says it’s out for delivery and that the item HAS been delivered!!! STILL didn’t get the item!! So the moral of the story is: seller stated he had sent the item 8-9 days after I paid for the item! STILL WAITING!!!

      Great camera

      The ring range is very good, clever technology that works well with Alexa, the door bell was easy to set up and so far so good. Rings app is very clever and intuitive. The camera range is good also picture quality is good. As this is an older version it’s seems to works well. Like all ring products just overpriced plus the subscription you have to buy to ensure full us.

      Great gadget but what is not made clear…

      This Ring doorbell works superbly but beware that the company has a finger in your pie at all times. You have to take out a subscription after the first free month in order to record visits to your door. If someone visits your door at 3am and you miss seeing it, then you can’t watch the incident later without a subscription. This is not made clear before purchase.
