Various defects mainly the upright slots are cut in differing lengths meaning can never be square. Some major dents and defects to joists. Took over 2 weeks for a pre order item to be added so did not expect anything from raising to customer services as uprights already installed. If I could I would have saved and spent more from elsewhere. Once payment sent customer service poor didn't seem to care after that. 0 star rating if possible.Follow-up from: k***9- Feedback followed up on by buyer.- Feedback followed up on by buyer.I must say since the initial error, all customer service and after sales service has been excellent. Unfortunately one of my timbers hugely cracked and a replacement was shipped straight away without fuss. Pictures helped but still excellent service, thank you.

Had an email saying I should have had a txt message - no txt receivers. Responded to email as said will be in touch next two days to arrange delivery. That day I get calls from my neighbour to tell me a huge delivery has turned up and I was out at work! Luckily I have great neighbours however god knows what would have happened had I not!! Really shoddy customer service expected better considering the cost!!

The delivery guy was great, really helpful. The tables are exactly what I was hoping for; really sturdy and easy to build. I had them both built in about 40 minutes and only really needed help to flip them over. I'm very happy with them.
