    Fantastic unit and very very quiet. I expected the outdoor unit to be noisy but not the case. Quiet as a mouse. Its unit installable by a DIY er and as another user mentioned, its worth buying tools and pipes and do it yourself. Another skill to learn. Download the service manual before starting. Excellent communication & quick delivery

    We read your email and then feedback, though we appreciate your feedback. But it is a kind of shock and disappointment for us, our listing clearly say that it must not be installed by anyone other than an F-GAS register installer and that by buying it you are committing to do so. Not only system was installed by a DIY'r, you also telling other to do. Without FGAS air con installation is a crime. We have already cancelled your warranty, and considering to report this issue to DEFRA.

    Great product at a great price.

    Finally got it installed and working on the hottest day of the year, we are now nice and cool, unit is very quiet and doing a good job of keeping us cool, looking forward to it keeping us warm when the weather turns cold.
