Its apparently reconditioned, but it looks new. Functions great, battery life seems great. Wheelchair was as described. packaged well. Really really recommend this company from what ive seen of them. Will definitely order from them again in future. 10/10 so far. Thank you for giving me some independence back. I went outside alone for the first time in months today

Staff are really good had a brain fog on how to work the seat raiser. They sent me a video. Thank you Rachel & the team. If your looking for a powered wheelchair I highly recommend this company. Service is top rate only wish they were closer to me so I could have them do my year Service on it.
