The other day I was washing my 2010 Mercedes E63 AMG when I noticed water was running from the top of the windscreen all the way down the inside of the windscreen !!! - I was totally shocked ! and jumped online to see what I could do to help the situation !... A quick browse on eBay and I found this product, I paid nearly £10 and bought a tube and as soon as it arrived I got to work sealing my front windscreen all the way along the top where it was leaking from, 2 days later I tested it out with the pressure washer LOL and my windscreen was no longer leaking !!! Yay !! This stuff is good stuff ! and very handy to have in your car's toolkit for emergency ! Would I recommend this product ? - Yes, most definitely !

I purchased this as I had developed a rather irritating water feature in my Jeep. Everytime it rained I had a little pond in my cup holder a water filled overhead console and a soggy headlining. I read the reviews and took a chance. I would urge anyone in a similar position to use this product. It was easy to apply, I made sure there was no dirt or loose rust etc and applied a fairly thick bead by lifting the edge of the window rubber. The tube had plenty inside it to do all along the top of the windscreen and approx 6 inches down each side with some left over. To this day...... No water ingress!!! Completely cured the problem. Definitely recommended.

I had a leak somewhere in the windscreen seal for years in my old van (T4) and I was using black silicon to fill the suspected area. This did not work at all. So I got some Permatex, located the gap between the seals and filled it and other possible future areas of concern. It worked great. Fixed the leak on a dry day and the following day it poured down with rain and no leaks. The stuff just glides into cracks and sets hard with a very smooth finish.

This product is ideal for sealing fluid preserved biological specimens. It's easy to apply using a spatula and once set (6 hours) there are no leaks. Adhesion is really good too.

My windscreen was leaking in the nearside top corner. This stuff fixed that! I cleaned up the area and dried it up really good. The sealant flows really well when you need it, and where you dont. I had to make a little dam to hold it back to where I need it. Worth every penny.
