      Good communications from seller. As a used coffee machine it was in much better condition than the listing would suggest. Seller took care to mention a small dent in the case but it was so small I found it hard to find and it certainly isn't noticeable. Very well packed and fast delivery once dispatched. Only issue was that as a business seller they seemed to be closed over Easter and so although this item was paid for the day before Good Friday, it wasn't dispatched until after Easter Monday.

OK he sent some wrong parts with the machine, but he went over and above, and in each case the replacements were received within 48 hours, without fuss, and he worked with me to sort everything out.. Communication was excellent, he knows his stuff, and I couldn't have asked for more regarding after sales. Very highly recommended.
