The after sales service was very good and even through China is a fair distance away from the UK they did try and help with any questions I had. The main problem with mine was accuracy as I was looking for very specific torques for rifle scopes and repeatable operation.

Surely the package should have been bound with loops of tape. The end of the package was ripped open. Fortunately the delivery driver took care to successfully deliver and the clamps were complete. Great Veevor value as with other products I have purchased and good appearance. DSR 5, 5 Star seller but poor packaging.

The communication from Blackiceing was very good, although some automated messages at first. Only let down by the courier XDP which were slow, non respondent, and not careful with the delivery. Was meant to be a 2 man delivery, but came via generic battered white van with one slight driver. At over 70kg and with no trolly he had to roll the box, damaging it in the process. Great eBayer let down by incompetent courier.
