Looks in good condition except manfacturer crushed the hot air outlet duct when ramming it into the box and exhaust bracket and screw were just dumped in the box. I already own one and know they are great heaters. Would recommend. Will contact seller who will hopefully relay my concerns back to the manufacturer. I was able to fix this and I let the seller know. The seller apologised although it was not their fault. The seller also gave me some refund which was really nice.
