    Seller sold item as new & cordless. It's not cordless & is missing a part. It's for an urgent time sensitive project so it had to be used. When fairly asking for a refund on the p&p seller refused even stating I paid less than I actually had. Disorganised & incompetent seller.

    This is a reply to the Negative feedback I was left by the seller.I agree with the seller it was not cordless,my mistake,the part that the seller said was missing was a miniture screwdriver. I agreed with the seller to a full refund and a postage paid label so the item could be returned,this was a New item that I sold.Then I received an email to say it had been used by the seller,this was not mentioned.The seller then demand that I should refund postage,I refused as I was not told the truth.
