The silver Canon IXUS 700 Digital Camera delivers images which are suited for photo quality prints to A3+ size. You can review and share images and movie clips with ease, on the large high-definition 2.0-inch LCD. The Night Display mode automatically improves visibility when it is dark, while the user-controlled Quick-bright function lets you frame and review comfortably in low-light conditions. You can also record and playback extended 30 fps VGA movie clips with sound. This camera is powered by a Canon DIGIC II processor. Its 14 shooting modes including nine scene modes, which combine with a 9-point auto-focus system, to deliver results in every situation.

    2nd hand unit not good

    no SD chip included. Battery completely flat and will not hold charge. my previous Ixus 700 which was superb eventually failed in old (15+ yrs) age - exposure module ? Irreparable- no spare part?

    A calculated risk.

    The camera is non-functional at the moment. Whether that can be resolved I can't say. I took a chance because I damaged my original one. Sadly I lost.
