Seller is fine. He’s polite, & prompt w/shipping & response times but he didn’t package the item correctly (a bottle of Bath&Body Works lotion). He shipped it in a bubble wrap bag instead of a box. The bottle got crushed during shipping & it exploded all over the inside the bag. But even if it hadn’t, I still wouldn’t have been happy because as soon as I opened the bag, I could tell the lotion was bad, it smelled rancid. He did give me a refund though.

I have sent many items in bubble wrap envelopes and had no problem....The postal system in this country needs reform.
