    Michael Winner was a one-off. Sadly he's no longer with us. But in his books his voice lives on!

    It worked and I lost weight. Winner I love you!

    I read this book at end of August, two months later I had lost a stone. It was 'that stone', the one most average women want to loose. I'd been fooling myself that I looked fine but my clothes were just getting tighter. If you read this book and look at how much your eating and decide to follow it you will be liberated from excess weight.
