This buyer claims a record skipped, despite admitting zero scratches on the record. Despite this, I politely offered them a full refund including postage. The buyer refused this offer, stating they wanted to keep the record that they claim skips. A very odd, but very telling decision. What more could I do? Some people are simply never happy, despite the best efforts of myself, a seller/buyer with almost 1,000 perfect transcations. Avoid this person.
